2026年五一假期期间（2026年5月1日至5月5日），为保障假期有使用平台设备需求的课题组科研工作正常开展，物质科学平台仪器对校内拥有自主上机权限，且通过2026年度物质科学平台实验室准入培训的用户，保持开放。
根据学校最新文件要求，五一假期期间用户，在平台开展涉及高温、高压、易燃易爆或复杂反应条件的实验时，实验内容需提前报用户所在团队负责人审核批准，并通过邮件报备平台实验室安全员，实验期间须有用户所在团队的教师全程在岗指导和现场监护；假期实验期间如遇紧急情况，请务必与平台相关实验室老师联系。具体实验室老师联系方式详见下表，谢谢您的配合。
请大家严格遵守平台安全规定和仪器标准操作规程，做好完整规范的实验记录；在离开实验室时，请随手关灯关门；为保证假期您在物质科学平台的实验顺利开展，建议您在放假前提前与相关仪器负责人做好必要的沟通，以便平台人员为您的实验做好准备。

Instrument Access Arrangements of the Instrumentation and Service Center for Physical Sciences (ISCPS) During the 2026 May day holiday
During the 2026 May Day holiday (May 1 to May 5, 2026), to ensure the smooth progress of scientific research for research groups requiring instrument access at ISCPS, instruments of ISCPS will remain available to on-campus users who hold independent operation access and have completed the 2026 annual laboratory access training of ISCPS.
In accordance with the latest official requirements of Westlake University, for experiments involving high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable and explosive substances, or complex reaction conditions conducted at ISCPS during the holiday:
1)The experimental plan must be reviewed and approved by the Principal Investigator (PI) of the user’s research group in advance;
2)The plan must be filed with the ISCPS’s laboratory safety officer via email prior to the experiment;
3)A faculty member from the user’s research group must be present on-site to provide full-time guidance and supervision throughout the entire experiment duration.
In case of emergencies during the holiday experiments, please contact the corresponding ISCPS lab staff immediately. Contact details are listed in the table below. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please strictly adhere to the center's safety regulations and the standard operating procedures（SOPs）of the instruments, and keep detailed experimental records. Before leaving the laboratory, ensure all lights are turned off and doors are properly closed. To facilitate the smooth conduct of your experiments at ISCPS during the holiday, we recommend communicating in advance with the relevant instrument managers prior to the holiday, allowing the center staff to make necessary preparations for your work.
