报告摘要近年来随着4D-STEM技术在材料及生命科学中应用越来越广泛,此技术已经成为电子显微学最前沿的表征技术之一,目前在虚拟成像、DPC 成像、电子叠层衍射、磁场/电场分析、电荷密度分析、应变分析及晶体取向分析都有其独特的技术优势。同时随着12万帧/秒采集速度以及高达10的8次动态范围的4D-STEM专用混合像素直接电子探测器结合原位电镜技术(in-situ)、冷冻电镜技术(Cryo)及三维重构技术(Tomography)则开启了该技术应用的新纪元,目前针对电子束敏感样品、单颗粒蛋白的叠层衍射以及针对轻元素三维原子空位的表征方法都有显著的发展。本报告主要介绍最新的超快4D-STEM相机的技术特点以及在材料科学、生命科学中的最新应用成果。
Abstract In recent years, 4D-STEM technology, increasingly used in materials and biology sciences, has become a cutting-edge electron microscopy technique. It excels in virtual imaging, DPC imaging, electron ptychography, magnetic/electric field analysis, charge density analysis, strain analysis, and crystal orientation analysis. The use of 4D-STEM - hybrid pixel detector with a 120,000 fps acquisition speed and a dynamic range of 108, combined with in-situ, cryo-EM, and tomography techniques, has opened a new chapter for its applications. Notably, there has been significant progress in characterizing electron beam sensitive samples, single-particle protein ptychography, and three-dimensional atomic vacancies in light elements. This report introduces the latest ultrafast 4D-STEM camera and its applications in materials and biology sciences.
报告人介绍 赵颉,理学博士,毕业于北京工业大学固体微结构与性能研究所,主要研究方向是金属材料塑性变形中的电子显微结构及其变形机理。在电子显微学领域具有超过十年的应用经验,了解多种电子显微学分析方法及制样技术。目前任职于上海微纳国际贸易有限公司,负责电镜制样相关及原位分析设备的推广与销售。
Biography Dr. Jie Zhao graduated from the Institute of Solid Microstructure and Properties at Beijing University of Technology with a Ph.D. in Physics, the primary research focus is on the electron microscopic structure in the plastic deformation of metallic materials and its deformation mechanisms. Over a decade of experience in the field of electron microscopy is possessed, currently working at Shanghai Winner International Trading Co., Ltd., responsible for the promotion and sales of equipment related to electron microscope sample preparation and in-situ analysis.
