Abstract
The integrated scanning electron microscopy and Raman imaging correlative system (SEM-Raman) combines the advantages of both techniques, enabling multimodal analysis that covers morphology, elemental composition, and chemical structure. This presentation systematically outlines the fundamental principles, key functions, and application domains of the SEM-Raman correlative system. By incorporating representative case studies from various fields, it emphasizes the extensive utility of this system in the characterization of diverse materials.
