物质科学平台最近已完成最新型号高分辨薄膜X射线衍射仪（Bruker D8 Discover）的安装和调试，即日起面向全校老师和同学提供正式服务。该系统配置有ACC2、ACC4单色器以及ACC2分析晶体，三轴晶衍射分辨率最高可达0.0038°，实现对外延薄膜的高分辨分析。非共面臂提供了第三测角仪轴，用于研究超薄层和面内样品特性。Tilt Stage with KEC额外提供Zeta/Xi两个自由度，具备0.000001°超高分辨率，满足特殊受限或未知样品分析。Eiger二维探测器适用于不同类型样品，实现快速倒易空间图谱采集等多种应用。

Dear professors and students
A state-of-the-art High Resolution Thin Film X-ray Diffractometer (Bruker D8 Discover) at ISCPS is available now. This system is equipped with ACC2 and ACC4 monochromators as well as ACC2 analysis crystal, achieving a resolution of up to 0.0038° at the triple-axis geometry, enabling high-resolution analysis of epitaxial films. The non-coplanar arm provides an additional measurement axis for investigating the characteristics of ultra-thin layers and in-plane samples. The Tilt Stage with KEC adds two degrees of freedom (Zeta/Xi) with an ultra-high resolution of 0.000001°, suitable for analyzing specially constrained or unknown samples. The Eiger two-dimensional detector is applicable to various sample types, facilitating rapid reciprocal space mapping (RSM) and other applications.
