朱思源博士具有丰富的表面电子结构研究和超高真空系统建设经验,主要负责低维材料器件的原位制备与电子结构表征,主要支撑拓扑量子、超导体、表界面效应等前沿物理现象的研究,并涵盖薄膜材料、太阳能电池、异质结、半导体等应用领域的探索。

专业特长

1-角分辨光电子能谱、X射线光电子能谱、扫描隧道显微镜等表面电子结构表征技术;

2-分子束外延等材料制备技术;

3-超高真空实验装置的设计和建设。


Dr. Zhu Siyuan is devoted to the research of surface electronic structure and the construction of ultra-high vacuum system. He is mainly responsible for the in-situ preparation and electronic structure characterization of low-dimensional materials and devices, mainly supporting the research of novel physical phenomena such as topological insulators, superconductors, surface/interface effect and application research like thin film materials, heterostructure, semiconductor and so on.

Expertise:

1-Angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning tunneling microscope, etc; 

2-Molecular beam epitaxy;            

3-Design and construction of ultra-high vacuum system.


1、负责表面物理分析实验室的规划、建设和管理;

2、负责表面物理分析实验室设备的搭建与维护;

3、协助用户科学实验,为样品制备、数据分析等提供服务;

4、根据课题需求对现有实验设备进行优化,提供技术支持;

5、开展特色设备的自主研发工作。


1、Responsible for the planning, construction and management of the surface physics analysis laboratory;            

2、 Responsible for the construction and maintenance of surface physical analysis laboratory equipment;            

3、 Assist users in scientific experiments and provide services for sample preparation, data analysis, etc;            

4、 According to the needs of the project, optimize the existing experimental equipment and provide technical support;            

5、 Carry out research and development of special equipment.
